NICU Clinic

Jamie went to his last appointment to the NICU clinic yesterday. They weighed him in at 25.2 lbs and he is 32.9 ins. He has come a long way from the 2.5 lbs baby! He is doing great in everything except speech. His speech/language skills are at 14-16 months and he is 21 months (18 corrected). They are giving us a referral for speech therapy. It wasn't a shock to find that out. We knew he was behind. He is growing at his own at rate and has been since he was born. We went into the hospital for a hearing test to make sure he can hear good. He passed with flying colors! We went to the cafeteria to get him some juice and a snack. We walked down the same hall where he was for 3 months and it brought back a lot of memories. We are finally completely done with the NICU!!!!!!! I'm going to try to post some pictures tomorrrow but right now we have dail-up so not sure if it will work.
